- Business Development Manager
Location: Ahmedabad (Gujarat) BE/ BCA/ MBA or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in marketing, technical sales, or business development role in IT products company. Primary responsibility will be to sell and market enterprise-wide barcode, RFID and labeling solutions to major accounts. Prior experience in developing business in Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Healthcare end-user markets is highly desirable. Consultative sales experience preferred. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and analytical skills required. Location: Gurgaon (Haryana) Graduate/ diploma or equivalent with 4 + years HR work experience in SMB enterprise. Primary responsibility will be recruitment, induction training, and employee engagement. Candidate must have the ability to work effectively with all levels of management. Must be detailed oriented with strong organization skills. Working knowledge in HR practices & payroll administration preferred.
